Bucks County Residents

In Bucks County, Infant/Toddler Early Intervention for children birth to 3 years old is administered through the Bucks County Department of Behavioral Health/Developmental Programs.

Growing Children with Challenges agency is partnered with Bucks County Department of Behavioral Health/Developmental Programs.

If you have concerns about how your infant or toddler is growing and learning, the first step is to call the Early Intervention Service Coordination Entity in your area.  An Early Intervention Coordinator will talk with you about your child and listen to your concerns.  The Early Intervention Coordinator will assist you through the process to determine whether your child is eligible for Early Intervention.

In addition, CONNECT can assist parents by making a direct link to their county Early Intervention program or local preschool Early Intervention program. The CONNECT Helpline assists families in locating resources and providing information regarding child development for children ages birth to age five.

Parents with a child who qualifies for Early Intervention services can request Growing Children with Challenges as their preferred provider through Bucks County if they would like.
