Philadelphia Infant Toddler Early Intervention is partnered with Growing Children with Challenges agency for Early Intervention ongoing services and supports to young children and their families.
Parents who have questions about their child’s development may contact us at 267-515-8386, so we can assist them by making a referral to Philadelphia Infant Toddler Early Intervention.
For each referred child, developmental assessment will be completed and each eligible child will be assigned to a service coordinator.

What You Need
The following information is needed in order to make a referral to the Infant Toddler Early Intervention program:
- child’s first and last name
- parent’s first and last name
- parent’s address and phone number
- child’s date of birth
- child’s gender
- the medical assistance number (if receiving MA)
- and the child’s Social Security number (if known)
Additional State Information
In addition, CONNECT can assist parents by making a direct link to their county Early Intervention program or local preschool Early Intervention program. The CONNECT Helpline assists families in locating resources and providing information regarding child development for children ages birth to age five.

Parents with a child who qualifies for Early Intervention services can request Growing Children with Challenges as their preferred provider through Philadelphia County if they would like.
Early Intervention services are provided at no cost to families.
